This was my first visit and it couldn’t have gone better. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, I feel like my concerns were heard and taken seriously. Thank you to Ashley and Dr.Cheng for going over options with me and making my visit awesome ❤️

I came to them in level 10 pain as an emergency on the weekend: my regular dentist was closed & had scheduled me for 10 days out to attend to my emergency. Naturally, I switched Dentist and am very happy with Lakeland Modern Dentistry. - treat me with care & compassion - look at me in the eyes - smile & are kind to me - explain everything in detail, several times - they are cued in to my non-verbal and make me feel comfortable especially when I am freaking out in pain or shock - work with me to find a financial solution - every clinician & finance specialist comes to me in my chair, so I don't have to go back & forth (as in my previous dentist) - can get multiple issues resolved in 1 single visit - clean facility - short wait time, see me about 5-7 mins after my arrival - Dr. B & Stephanie are exceptional 👏 - receptionists are also fantastic - staff is professional & well trained - great customer service THANK YOU FOR OPENING YOUR DOORS & BEING SO AMAZING & WELCOMING.
