You Break Through

I want to thank Lakeland Modern Dentistry for always making feel at home. But I specially want to thank these special ladies that made my day today. I am terrified of needles, and I had to do a deep cleaning, they all worked their magic and made sure that I was relax and helped me in different ways thru my procedure. Dr. Bostwick explain everything that was going on and things that I would need to do in the near future, she was very nice and assure me all was going to be ok. SOL(FD) made sure everything went well with the coverage of my insurance, and she’s always been there to help me out , she is a very kind and sweet person, Victoria (DA) She totally made me feel calm and relaxed, she held my hand and supported me when I really needed it (when I was getting the anesthesia)she is an amazing person, CRYSTAL (DH) was so patient and wonderful that words is not enough, she made sure that everything went slow and smooth. They all were a big part of this scary day and I appreciate them very much. Thank you all and keep up the great job you are all doing. I will highly recommend Lakeland Modern Dentistry ( specially if you are a coward like me)❤️

I can't give them enough stars. The dental assistance are great and Dr. Cheng is the only dentist has ever bothered to listen when I say the local isn't enough and keeps medicating the nerves/gums/tooth until I am not feeling anything. So many other dentists have gotten upset at me or just tried to say it's pressure not pain. She really listened and went the extra mile. Her efforts resulted in the first root canal I've ever had where I didn't feel any pain as they drilled into the tooth. Anyone who is afraid of the dentist or has had bad experiences in dentistry should see Dr. Cheng and her staff.
